Order limits count orders on your connected marketplaces in a calendar month. Every plan has the home dashboard. Starter suits most sellers starting out. Not sure? Start the trial: Mastore shows your orders each month on the Billing page, so you can pick the plan that fits.

- Which marketplaces?
- eBay, Amazon, Etsy and TikTok Shop, on every plan.
- What counts as an order?
- One purchase on any connected marketplace that includes an item Mastore manages, counted per calendar month. Going over your plan's limit never stops syncing: we ask you to move up.
- Do you take a cut of sales?
- No. A flat monthly or yearly price. Your sales are yours.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Choose a plan any time during the 14 days and nothing changes. If you don't, the app pauses and stock stays in sync for 7 more days, then sync stops until you choose one. Your listings stay exactly where they are.
- What happens to my listings if I leave?
- Nothing. Mastore only ever changes what you tell it to. Cancel and your listings stay exactly where they are.
- Is my marketplace login safe?
- You never give us a password. Each marketplace asks you to authorise Mastore directly, and the token it gives us is encrypted at rest.
